1. Manage Large Scale Assessment Projects
- a. Plan, ideate, and execute assessment strategies to manage projects end to end.
- b. Developing a detailed plan along with the internal team; monitoring and systematically tracking using appropriate tools; reporting progress as well as risks regularly.
- c. Plan and execute all activity streams with adherence to project goals, timelines and financials.
- d. Coordinate and liaison with internal as well as external teams to achieve project goals.
- e. Ensure error-free deliverables like assessment tools, analyses aligned to project requirements
- f. Build and manage client relationships to support the complete implementation of the project.
- g. Understand analysis and reporting needs for the project and work with the data analysis team ensure analyses and reports are produced as per the requirement.
- h. Manage Ei’s internal information and knowledge repositories
- i. Travel to the field to evaluate/implement or support project needs, implementation of LSEP assessments with clients and understand clients’ work better.
2. Large Scale Assessments, Capacity Building and Technical Transformation
- a. Manage activities related to capacity building of education officials and practitioners
- b. Plan, create and execute teacher trainings on competency-based assessments
- c. Create and execute large scale benchmarking and diagnostics assessments
- d. Establish and develop technical capacity to create and conduct high-quality assessments
3. Support
- a. Support/perform data analysis to measure student performance and unearth learning trends.
- b. Assist in the design, implementation, administration, evaluation, and revision of assessments for projects managed by others.
- c. Support in team’s growth and learning needs.
4. Organizational Development
- a. Expand the scope of projects by high-quality dissemination- working papers, publications etc.
- b. Research, learn and identify strengths and areas of improvement needed at a team level to conduct diverse projects.
- c. Ensure capacity building and training of the team through regular learning and development
