Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Program Manager at SOUL. The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of various leadership programs. This includes developing and implementing program strategies, managing program budgets, coordinating with faculty and participants, and ensuring program effectiveness and success. The Program Manager will also be responsible for evaluating program outcomes and making necessary improvements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business administration or policy from tier 1 institutions
• Experience of atleast 5 years in consulting in reputed organisations
• Exposure to working with bureaucrats and senior executives would be an added advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of adaptability and resilience
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Experience in program development and management
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
