At core, we are a premium technology solutions and service provider to career counsellors, educationists, aspiring counsellors, psychologists, ed-tech companies to help them set up, establish and scale their own career counselling and study abroad business vertical across 30+ countries. Role: Program Manager - (Channel partnership & Program Sales) We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven ERP Sales Executive with experience in selling ERP solutions to the education sector, particularly schools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our ERP software suite tailored for educational institutions, focusing on schools. This role requires a deep understanding of the unique needs and challenges faced by schools and the ability to effectively communicate how our ERP solution can address those needs. Channel Acquisition: • Develop and execute strategies to identify and acquire new channel partners. • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential partners through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship-building. • Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns and materials to attract potential channel partners. Program Sales: • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed program sales targets. • Identify and prospect potential school clients interested in implementing ERP solutions to streamline their administrative, academic, and financial processes. • Work closely with product management and marketing teams to understand program offerings and market positioning. • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for program expansion and improvement. Client Engagement: • Foster strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences. • Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure a seamless transition from sales to onboarding and ongoing support. • Gather client feedback to improve products and services and enhance overall client satisfaction. Entrepreneurial Leadership for Sales Achievement: • Instill an entrepreneurial culture within the sales team, inspiring a proactive mindset towards achieving and surpassing sales targets. • Encourage a continuous improvement mindset, where team members are empowered to suggest and implement new ideas and strategies for achieving ambitious sales numbers. Note: This is a sales+ accounts management profile, within individual handling capacity. This is not a team handling profile. Additional information: • Work Hours: 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM • Days: Monday - Saturday (except second Saturday) • Location: Koramangala – Bangalore (This is a work from office profile) • No. of Openings: 2 • Hiring: Immediate • Employment Type: Full-time (permanent)
