We are seeking a passionate and experienced Program Manager to lead and drive the growth and success of our Robotics & Coding initiatives. Job Summary: As a Program Manager for Robotics & Coding at E-Dac. You will play a pivotal role in developing and managing our robotics and coding programs. You will be responsible for designing curriculum, overseeing program implementation, managing resources, and ensuring program success. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, educational insight, and project management skills to deliver high-quality learning experiences for students. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and refine curriculum for robotics and coding programs, ensuring alignment with educational standards and learning objectives. 2. Lead the planning and implementation of robotics and coding programs across multiple locations or platforms. 3. Collaborate with educators, instructional designers, and subject matter experts to create engaging and effective learning materials. 4. Provide training and support to instructors and facilitators delivering robotics and coding lessons. 5. Monitor program performance and assess student outcomes to continuously improve program quality and effectiveness. 6. Manage program budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure successful program execution. 7. Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in robotics, coding, and education to drive innovation and program enhancements. 8. Foster partnerships with schools, educational institutions, and community organizations to expand program reach and impact. 9. Represent the organization at conferences, events, and industry gatherings to promote the robotics and coding program and build networks. 10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to support program growth and sustainability. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in education, computer science, engineering, or a related field; master's degree preferred. • Proven experience in program management, curriculum development, or educational leadership, with a focus on robotics and coding education. • Strong understanding of educational pedagogy, learning theories, and instructional design principles. • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scratch, with hands-on experience in robotics programming preferred. • Excellent project management skills, including planning, organizing, and managing resources effectively. • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and interact effectively with diverse stakeholders. • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, foster collaboration, and drive results in a fast-paced environment. • Passion for education, technology, and empowering students with essential skills for the future.
