Job Title: Program Manager of Academic Operations

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Program Manager of Academic Operations to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of our academic programs, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with educational objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, excellent project management skills, and a passion for driving student success through technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to plan, execute, and evaluate academic programs, ensuring alignment with educational goals and standards.
  • Curriculum Management: Manage the development, implementation, and maintenance of curriculum materials, ensuring relevance, accuracy, and effectiveness.
  • Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain quality assurance processes to monitor the delivery of academic programs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate positive relationships with academic partners, including schools, educators, and institutions, to foster collaboration and support program objectives.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools to track program performance, analyze trends, and generate insights to inform decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Resource Management: Coordinate resources, including personnel, technology, and materials, to support program operations and maximize efficiency.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and professional development opportunities for educators and staff to enhance their skills and ensure effective program delivery.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and industry best practices in education.
  • Budget Management: Assist in budget planning and monitoring to ensure fiscal responsibility and resource optimization within academic operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in program management, preferably in the education or EdTech industry.
  • Strong understanding of educational principles, curriculum development, and instructional design.
  • Proven track record of successful project management, including planning, execution, and evaluation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques for monitoring program performance and driving continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and inspire teams toward shared goals.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and compliance standards in education.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
