Program Manager for EdTech (Job Vacancy)

Job Role: Academic Program Manager. 

Location: Goregaon, Mumbai. 

Company: Jaro Education. 

Experience: 2+ years of experience in Program/Project Management. (preferably from Edtech Industry) 

Salary: upto 7 lac pa. 

Job Summary: As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for identifying & developing new programs. You will also be responsible for identifying and onboarding faculty members, conducting demo lectures, and uploading content on the Learning Management System (LMS). Key Responsibilities: • Identify & develop new programs. • Identify and onboard faculty members/subject matter experts/industry experts (mentors) for such programs. • Conduct demo lectures and screen the mentors. • Manage and oversee the delivery of programs. • Ensure the quality of the program. • Analyze program performance and make necessary changes basis feedback. • Collaborate with various departments within the organization to ensure seamless program deliver. • Upload content on the LMS and ensure its accuracy and timeliness. • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including learners, faculty members, and industry partners. • Provide regular reports to the senior management team on program status. Qualifications and Experience: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration OR MBA in project Management. • At least 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in the Edtech Industry • Experience in managing and delivering programs • Strong project management skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and stakeholders • Passion for education and learning.
