In class hosting, Q&A facilitation, assignment & project evaluation, demo class management, project submission coordination. Support participants throughout the course journey. Enable the successful completion of the course by the participants. Deliver instructor led classroom training and tracking its impact. Own engagement of participants through tech led processes, stay sharp on content, delivery skills and know what participants are asking for. Monitor and improve NPS and drive obsession towards achieving a high NPS. Generating & maintaining MIS – reporting and reviewing reports to the management. Understanding the queries of candidates and assisting them with proper resolutions. Coordinating with internal stakeholders such as Training Team / Sales Team.
