Job Description about the Role: Lead the comprehensive end-to-end support for programs targeting premium institutions, ensuring seamless coordination, stakeholder engagement, and adherence to high-quality standards. The Project manager role involves the holistic and effectively managing program delivery for large Institutes and ensure operational excellence for client satisfaction and student success. Responsibilities : • Head the project of educational Institution and effectively own and render all the services as per the SLA.    • Academic calendar execution onus on Academics, Examinations, Application support and student support services ensuring student learning success management. • Handhold and lead the various new initiatives of the partner Institute.    • Effective Project Management with no gaps in operations leading to excellence and client satisfaction.     • Learner centricity and Institute Relationship management. • Quality improvement initiatives for the online learning department. • To be a catalyst forging Institutes and TLE Team with proactiveness and enthusiasm. Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree (General) • Experience: • 4-5 years of work experience • 2-3 years of relevant experience in Edtech Industry. Location- Patna (onsite).
