Position : Project Manager, Drishti Online School Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our Online Classes initiative tailored specifically for schools. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring alignment with educational standards and the needs of students across different grade levels and state boards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in curriculum design, digitalization, and project management, with a passion for enhancing the educational experience through innovative online learning solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Conceptualize and develop the overall strategy for the Online Classes project focused on serving school students, taking into account the requirements of various state boards and educational standards such as NCERT. • Collaborate with curriculum designers, subject matter experts, and digitalization specialists to create engaging and effective online learning materials tailored specifically for school students in classes 6-12. • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and objectives, while maintaining quality standards and adhering to budget constraints. • Develop and implement processes and procedures to streamline the curriculum design and digitalization workflow, optimizing efficiency and effectiveness for school settings. • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of the online learning materials to measure their impact on student learning outcomes in schools and make necessary adjustments. • Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in online education, educational technology, and curriculum design, and integrate relevant innovations into the project to enhance the school learning experience. • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and customer support teams, to promote and support the Online Classes initiative for schools and ensure alignment with organizational goals. • Serve as a primary point of contact for external partners, vendors, and school clients involved in the project, fostering positive relationships and managing expectations effectively. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the education sector, with a track record of successfully leading complex projects from conception to implementation. • 2-3 years of experience specifically in educational technology (EdTech), with a deep understanding of online learning platforms, digital tools, and best practices in the field. • Strong understanding of educational standards and curriculum frameworks, including NCERT and various state boards. •  Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi languages. •  Leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. • Proficiency in digital tools and platforms for curriculum design, content creation, and online learning delivery.
