Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our Art Curriculum Development team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of innovative and engaging art education materials. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the planning and implementation of art curriculum development projects from conception to completion with the guidance of the director.
• Collaborate with curriculum developers, educators, and subject matter experts to define project goals, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards.
• Allocate resources effectively and monitor project progress against established milestones, making adjustments as necessary to ensure timely delivery.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential challenges or obstacles.
• Provide regular updates on project status, progress, and key milestones.
• Ensure quality assurance standards are met throughout the curriculum development process, including content review and validation.
• Coordinate the evaluation and assessment of developed curriculum materials, incorporating feedback and making revisions as needed.
• Support the integration of technology and multimedia elements into the curriculum to enhance learning outcomes.
• Stay informed about current trends, best practices, and innovations in art education and curriculum development.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience of 2 years in project management
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (Should have deep knowledge of google suite)
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
