Key Responsibilities: • Oversee product operations, ensuring optimal user satisfaction. • Coordinate with subject matter experts to enhance the quality of the learning experience. • Resolve any operational issues efficiently to maintain a seamless process. • Engage in effective communication with colleges to establish and strengthen relationships. • Organize Yocket seminars to promote the brand and educational offerings. • Conduct follow-ups to maximize participant engagement and conversion rates. Requirements • 2+ years project management experience/ ~ 3+ years of sales experience • Study abroad industry knowledge will be preferred • Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion. • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies. • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail, problem-solving, critical thinking, risk management, and multitasking skills. • Strong analytical and negotiation skills. • Experience with project management software tools. • Able to complete projects promptly.
