Project Manager Scrum Master (Job Vacancy)

Job Title: Scrum Master (Quality Assurance) for Tech & UI/UX Team Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Scrum Master to join our team, focusing on facilitating Agile methodologies and processes for our Technology and UI/UX teams. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of software development and quality assurance practices and UI/UX design principles, along with proven experience in leading Agile ceremonies and fostering collaboration within cross-functional teams. Responsibilities: • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for the Technology and UI/UX teams. • Guide the team in adhering to Agile principles and practices while continuously improving Agile processes to enhance team productivity and delivery efficiency. • Act as a servant leader, coaching team members on Agile practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and promoting self-organization within the team. • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, UI/UX Designers, Developers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project goals, priorities, and dependencies. • Remove impediments and blockers that hinder the team's progress, working proactively to address issues and facilitate resolution. • Foster a collaborative and transparent environment, promoting effective communication and collaboration across all team members and stakeholders. • Monitor project progress and team performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed. • Act as a mediator in conflicts and facilitate constructive discussions to drive consensus and alignment within the team. • Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in Agile methodologies, UI/UX design, and technology development, incorporating relevant insights into team processes and practices. • Champion a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team, encouraging experimentation and innovation. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or related field. • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred. • Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in software development environments, preferably with a focus on UI/UX design. • Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices, with experience in implementing and scaling Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) within cross-functional teams. • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse team members and stakeholders. • Experience in UI/UX design processes and methodologies is highly desirable. • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to address challenges and drive consensus in a fast-paced environment. • Knowledge of software development practices and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Git) is a plus. • Passion for innovation, technology, and user-centric design, with a drive to deliver high-quality products that meet user needs and exceed expectations.
