Role: Prompt Engineer Manager Employment Type : Full-Time Experience : 5-8 Years Location : Hyderabad Key Responsibilities: • Research Innovation: Lead research in prompt engineering techniques to drive innovation and improve user interaction with language models, focusing on creating prompts that are both engaging and educationally impactful. • Prompt Development: Design, develop, test, and refine prompts for diverse educational use cases. Work in close collaboration with the engineering team to ensure seamless tool configuration and integration. • Prompt Management: Oversee and continuously optimize the performance and relevance of existing prompts to ensure they meet the highest standards of user experience. • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a team of prompt engineers. Provide training and guidance to foster professional growth and ensure the team achieves excellence in prompt engineering. • Strategic Project Identification: Proactively identify and implement prompt-based solutions for projects within the team, developing strategies that leverage prompt engineering to enhance both internal operational efficiency and external product offerings. Qualifications & Skills: • Educational Background: Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, showcasing a strong foundational understanding of technical principles. • Experience: Bring a proven track record as a Prompt Engineer or in a similar role, evidenced by a portfolio of successful projects that highlight your expertise in prompt engineering and AI applications. • Technical Skills: Exhibit proficiency in programming languages such as Python and Java, with a demonstrated ability to apply these skills in developing and integrating complex AI systems. • LLM Knowledge: Have a basic understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their application in creating content and tools, showcasing the ability to leverage AI for innovation. • Leadership: Show exemplary leadership abilities, with experience in building, managing, and mentoring high-performing technical teams. • Analytical Thinking: Display strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with a curiosity-driven approach to learning and innovation. • Educational Insight: Possess a good understanding of the Indian educational landscape, with experience in the EdTech sector considered a significant advantage. • Communication: Have exceptional communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively across different teams and disciplines to drive projects to successful completion.
