Quanticate is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Proposals & Pricing Analyst to join our team. As a Proposals & Pricing Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales and operational teams to grow the top-line sales through providing accurate and high-quality budgets and proposal documents through the implementation of rigorous tools and processes.

As a Proposals & Pricing Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

• Support the quote and proposal development process, with an opportunity to lead this from start to finish
• Support the development of quote models in collaboration with Heads of Function
• Perform mapping of Quanticate quotes to client bid grids
• Build or adapt current quote models to assist with bespoke client budget requirements
• Liaise with Heads of Function to develop bidding strategies, including operational and pricing strategies
• Ensure sales and finance tracking tools are maintained to track sales pipeline effectively
• Assist in the development of new budget tools and processes for the Proposal Team
• Pricing Strategy - work with Finance to support new pricing initiatives (new geographical regions, service offerings, quote models, etc.)
• Third Party Vendors/Strategic Partners - work closely with Quanticate partners to prepare integrated proposals and budgets for clients

We are looking for a candidate who has strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. You should also have solid communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years pricing/budgeting experience
• Prior experience in proposals and pricing analysis, preferably in the clinical research industry
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with complex data and financial information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and flexible approach to tasks and deadlines
