Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Analyst to join our team and oversee the quality assurance process for our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in call monitoring, preferably in the EdTech industry. Fluency in Hindi is a must, along with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of sales processes. Key Responsibilities: 1.Monitor and evaluate sales calls made by our sales team to ensure compliance with company standards and guidelines. 2.Identify areas for improvement in sales techniques, product knowledge, and learner interactions. Provide constructive feedback and coaching to sales representatives to help them improve their performance. 3.Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency in call monitoring. 4.Collaborate with sales managers and team leaders to address performance issues and implement corrective actions as needed. 5.Analyze call data and performance metrics to identify trends and patterns and make recommendations for improvement. 6.Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of sales team members. 7.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales and customer service to continuously improve our processes and strategies. Qualifications: 1.Any Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 1 year of experience in call monitoring or quality assurance, preferably in the ed-tech industry. 2.Strong knowledge of sales processes and techniques. 3.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in Hindi. 4.Proven ability to provide constructive feedback and coaching to team members. 5.Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and identify trends. 6.Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality. 7.Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and other relevant software applications. 8.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 9.Freshers are also welcomed.
