RESIDENTIAL PGT BENGALI TEACHER (Job Vacancy)

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Residential Bengali Teacher to join our prestigious CISCE School. As a PGT Bengali Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to students and fostering a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the CISCE curriculum and educational standards.
• Deliver effective and interactive classroom instruction to students, ensuring their understanding and knowledge retention.
• Utilize various teaching methodologies, resources, and technologies to enhance the learning experience.
• Assess and evaluate students' progress through regular assignments, tests, and examinations.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and parents on academic performance and areas for improvement.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of students' attendance, grades, and academic performance.
• Establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect, discipline, and a love for learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement interdisciplinary projects and activities.
• Participate in faculty meetings, professional development programs, and school events as required.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in the field of Bengali education and incorporate them into teaching practices.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Bengali or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Valid teaching certification or license.
• Proven experience as a PGT Benglai Teacher, preferably in a CISCE school.
• Deep knowledge of the CISCE curriculum and educational standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Passion for teaching and a dedication to student success.
• Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
• Proficiency in using technology for instructional purposes.
