RESIDENTIAL PRIMARY SCIENCE TREACHER (Job Vacancy)

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary Science Teacher to join our team at our CISCE School. As a Primary Science Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students in grades 1 to 5, fostering their curiosity and love for science.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum for primary science classes.
• Create a stimulating and interactive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
• Deliver engaging and informative science lessons using a variety of teaching methods, including hands-on experiments, demonstrations, and multimedia resources.
• Assess and evaluate students' progress through regular assignments, tests, and projects.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and parents on their academic performance and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop interdisciplinary projects and activities.
• Participate in professional development activities to stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and scientific advancements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of students' attendance, grades, and progress.
• Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field.
• Proven experience as a Primary Science Teacher or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of primary science curriculum and teaching methods.
• Passion for science and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Patience and understanding of the diverse learning needs of students.
• Valid teaching certification is preferred.
