We are seeking an experienced and motivated US Non-IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of proven experience in recruiting for non-IT positions across various industries within the United States. As a Non-IT Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates

• Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand their non-IT staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to attract top talent
• Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for non-IT roles such as administration, finance, marketing, sales, operations, and more
• Conduct thorough reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, providing support and guidance throughout the interview process
• Manage candidate relationships and provide regular updates on recruitment status and next steps.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a non-IT recruiter, preferably in a staffing
• agency, recruiting firm, or corporate environment
• Proven track record of successfully filling non-IT positions across various industries
• and functional areas
• Strong understanding of non-IT job roles, responsibilities, and qualifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport
• and establish relationships with candidates and clients
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while
• maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
• tools
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to non-IT recruitment in the
• US
• Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
• Strong customer service orientation and a commitment to delivering high-quality
• recruitment solutions to clients
