Job Description

"Regional Business Head is a senior-level executive responsible for overseeing and managing the business operations within a specific geographic region. Their primary role is to ensure the successful implementation of the company's business strategies, achieve revenue targets, and drive overall growth in the designated region.

Job Location- Experience: 10-12 years -In education industry is preferred - Experience in Nationalized offline coaching industry - Experience in Operations, Management and leading a team. Education: Any Graduate/ post graduate Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • To take care of building operations, manage the centre operations end to end.
  • To achieve the given sales targets of the territory.
  • Complete Ownership of Facility Operations and Student Experience for the given region.
  • To handle branch operations & provide support to all other departments with and related issues.
  • Adhere to guidelines of the organization and ensure it is being followed and implemented at the centres across region.
  • Implementation of process and managing it according to SOP
  • To handle students' and parents' issues and concerns and give solutions and retain them. Also, to be proactive to reach out to parents for continuous feedback in order to ensure customer satisfaction & optimum results.
  • To ensure effective branding of the organization and events is done through various mediums as and when required after thorough negotiation with vendors.
  • To make proper utilisation of reports and its effective analysis for Strategic thinking and execution.
  • To ensure the motivation of the team, coordination between team members and working towards the organisational goal.
  • Takes ownership of the Employees' performance and retention.
  • To update (Verbally and/or written) your Reporting Manager on a routine basis for all relevant issues in marketing and HO.
  • To ensure that branch is compliant with Corporate Guidelines.
  • To take care of month-wise fee collection. Also to monitor pending fees and ensure follow- up is done for outstanding payments.
  • Moreover, to ensure that refund and left-out cases are controlled to the minimum.
  • Adherence to all admin and academic compliance necessary for smooth functioning of the centre.
  • Ensuring that the branch gets a good audit rating
  • Responsible for daily and fortnightly update
  • To maintain accurate records
  • Responsible for your allocated workload and must meet all targets as agreed with your Reporting Manager.
  • The incumbent must contribute towards the smooth running of the organisation.

Knowledge, Skill and Abilities :

  • Needs to have excellent leadership, delegation, and communication skills, with a drive to meet business goals and a strong understanding of customer service.
  • Business Acumen / Business Orientation skills to understand the dynamics of the branch
  • Good with monitoring/evaluating the services their business provides, ensuring they are up to standard
  • Innovative mindset; able to come up with creative solutions and implement new ideas
  • Are - people-persons,have excellent interpersonal skills and a good understanding of customer service.
  • Able to train and supervise staff
  • Good with delegating and coordinating tasks among staff members
  • Enthusiasm and a positive attitude (taking pleasure in helping others and ensuring the office is always a pleasant work-space)
  • High degree of integrity and honesty in all dealings
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Proactive, self-starter.
  • Technically competent with various software programs, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
  • Skills to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial
  • Should have some experience in offline ops/managing centres.
  • P&L / Budgeting/ Experience in collaboration with vendor partners.
  • Comfortable with Gmail, Spreadsheets, Word etc.
  • Should have experience in team handling
