Key Responsibilities
- Support and develop iSAMS & school level BI reporting within India, ensuring all the ISP systems are used efficiently and effectively.
- Assist with continuous training and development for key iSAMS users.
- Lead on embedding of best practices for iSAMS use and BI reporting functions.
- Project manage all iSAMS implementations, & BI reporting within the India.
- Support the regional ISP team on all iSAMS & management reporting matters
- Manage the training and development of iSAMS MIS in India.
- Support and train school Data Managers and ICT Support Staff on iSAMS.
- Create standard & on-demand Management/KPI reports using Power BI.
- Lead the delivery of tailored iSAMS, & BI reporting projects where required.
- Dedicate time evenly between all schools and regional office. Working onsite where possible.
- Hold regular meetings with school Data Managers & ICT Department and report status.
- Manage all iSAMS & BI reporting support queries, escalating to Vendors where necessary.
- Ensure iSAMS is setup and configured with security & visibility in mind, leaving minimum risk of data breach.
- Work closely with the infrastructure team to regularly monitoring the performance of iSAMS.
- Provide advice and guidance to the school management on effective use of systems.
- Show a willingness to work flexibly, sometimes outside of normal hours, in response to service demands of the schools and regional office.
- Willing to travel frequently between schools within the region.
- To suggest additional resources / systems our schools could use to improve efficiencies & data reporting.
- To undertake available training opportunities and demonstrate a commitment to continuous personal professional development in ICT.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Educational Qualifications Required for the Role
- Degree level within IT or relevant professional qualifications in field
Minimum Years of Experience Required
- At least 5yrs work experience with min 1 year in a project management role (preferably in K12 education sector)
Language Skills
- Fluency in English is a must
Skills and Abilities
- Previous working knowledge of MIS/SIS or CRM systems
- Hands on experience of Power BI.
- Ability to create management & stake holder level reports in Power BI.
