Research Outreach Coordinator (Job Vacancy)

Role Overview:
The Outreach Coordinator will be responsible for facilitating communication, collaboration, and knowledge sharing among professors and research scholars across various Institutions. The primary objective is to strengthen interdisciplinary research, promote academic partnerships among Konnifel and professors and researchers, and enhance the overall academic experience within the research ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Networking Events: Organise workshops, seminars, and conferences aimed at bringing together professors and research scholars from different tier-1 and tier-2 institutions to exchange ideas, discuss research findings, and explore collaborative opportunities.
• Online Platform Management: Oversee the weekly analysis report of an online platform for professors and research scholars to connect virtually, share internships, and engage in discussions.
• Mentorship Program: They will have connections in Industrial Institutions as well for Konnifel’s mentorship program.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with academic departments, research centers, industry partners, and government agencies to enhance the visibility and impact of networking initiatives within the broader academic and research community.

Qualifications:

• A doctoral degree (Ph.D.) in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
• A very wide inter-personal network of professors, scholars, and researchers.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including faculty members, researchers, administrators, and research enthusiasts.
• Proficiency in organising seminars, and managing cross-departmental Institution level meetings with great communication and collaboration.
• A proactive and innovative mindset with a passion for fostering collaboration and driving positive change in academia.
