Residential Primary School Teacher (Job Vacancy)

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary English Teacher to join our team at our CISCE School. As a Primary English Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students in grades 1 to 5.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the CISCE curriculum and educational standards.
• Teach English language skills including reading, writing, speaking, and listening to students.
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to ensure student understanding and engagement.
• Assess student progress through regular assignments, tests, and examinations.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and parents on their academic performance.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement school-wide initiatives and activities.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated with the latest educational practices.
• Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect and diversity.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student progress and any concerns.
• Attend staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and other school events as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Valid teaching certification or license.
• Proven experience teaching English to primary school students.
• Strong knowledge of the CISCE curriculum and educational standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
