Job Overview:

The position requires the candidate to travel to our schools across India. Their main responsibility includes working towards the professional development of teachers through rigorous training and providing ongoing support Responsibilities and Duties: Content

(Primary Task):

• Design training programs in collaboration with the SME (Subject matter experts)
• Conduct training (Offline and online)
• Monitor execution of the curriculum across schools
• Observe classroom teaching and provide guidance to the teachers
• Work closely with teachers to upskill them in areas of classroom delivery and classroom management

Qualifications:

• Primary and secondary grades teaching experience
• Certified trainer (teacher trainer, if possible)
• A Bachelor/Master in Engineering
• Should have a good knowledge of Arduino & ESP32 with IOT
• Technologically Savvy
• Should be a team player and have a passion for learning and teaching
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skill
