The position requires the candidate to travel to our schools across India. Their main responsibility includes working towards the professional development of teachers through rigorous training and providing ongoing support Responsibilities and Duties: Content (Primary Task): ● Design training programs in collaboration with the SMEs (Subject matter experts) ● Conduct training (Offline and online) ● Monitor execution of the curriculum across schools ● Observe classroom teaching and guide the teachers ● Work closely with teachers to upskill them in areas of classroom delivery and classroom management
