Our team of professionals, with seven years of expertise in robotics and education, has meticulously designed a comprehensive curriculum that emphasizes science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. We believe in experiential learning, where students apply new concepts in our STEM labs, resulting in effective comprehension and retention. Responsibilities: • Lead a team of Robotics STEM Associates (STEM faculties) in delivering our curriculum to schools. • Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts to develop and refine STEM curriculums. • Liaise with school coordinators and management to ensure smooth implementation of programs. • Monitor and track curriculums across different schools, providing guidance and support to team members. • Develop new curriculums and maintain existing ones to ensure relevance and effectiveness. • Remain calm and accessible in high-pressure situations, fostering a supportive work environment. Requirements: • Minimum 2 years of experience in STEM education or allied industries with a strong technical background. • Energetic, charming, and pleasant demeanor with the ability to remain calm under pressure. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Technical proficiency in areas such as Python, industrial automation, PLCs, Robot Operating Systems (ROS), aeromodelling, drone technology, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning. • Ability to develop and implement innovative educational strategies. • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
