Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Robotics Trainer located in Kochi. As a Robotics Trainer at Makerminds, you will be responsible for teaching and guiding young learners in exploring and understanding robotics concepts. You will create engaging lesson plans and hands-on activities to foster creativity and problem-solving skills. You will inspire and motivate learners to build and program robots, and facilitate their learning journey in a Project-based learning (PBL) environment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of robotics concepts and hands-on experience in building and programming robots
• Experience working with young learners and a passion for education
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create engaging lesson plans and hands-on activities
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with other trainers and mentors
• Patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude
• Experience with Project-based Learning (PBL) is a plus
• Experience with programming languages such as Scratch, Python, or Arduino is a plus
