Role Description

As a SAT/ACT/GRE/GMAT Faculty - English at BackBenchers Education, you will play a pivotal role in helping students enhance their abilities and achieve their target scores in English proficiency exams. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. Your responsibilities will include conducting interactive and engaging classes, developing study materials, providing personalized guidance, and tracking student progress. You will create a positive learning environment and help students build their confidence in English.

Qualifications

• Strong command of the English language, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in teaching or tutoring English, preferably for standardized tests such as SAT, ACT, GRE, or GMAT
• Familiarity with the syllabus and structure of English proficiency exams
• Ability to connect with students and adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles
• Passion for education and a commitment to helping students succeed
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with colleagues
• A bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
