Job Description:
Edufit is currently seeking dedicated and experienced SAT English Tutor to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mathematics, exceptional teaching skills, and a passion for helping students succeed in their SAT English Test.
Responsibilities:
- Develop customized lesson plans and teaching strategies to address students' individual learning needs in SAT English
- Conduct engaging one-on-one tutoring sessions to help students grasp challenging reading and grammar concepts tested on the SAT.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to enhance their understanding and performance in SAT English.
- Track students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly to ensure continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on changes to test formats, question types, and scoring criteria, as well as advancements in teaching methods and educational technology, through ongoing professional development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the overall success of our tutoring program.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in English or related field.
- Minimum 4 to 8 years of work experience in tutoring or teaching SAT English concepts to students.
- Strong knowledge of the SAT English sections and familiarity with its format and content.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students to reach their full potential.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
