Our motto: #LetsMakeIndiaTrade Job Description: As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve our website's visibility in search engine results and drive organic traffic.  You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize website content, perform keyword research, and analyze performance metrics to continuously improve our SEO efforts. Key Responsibilities: • Keyword Research: Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify relevant search terms and phrases with high search volume and low competition. • On-Page Optimization: Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and URLs to improve search engine visibility and enhance user experience. • Content Strategy: Develop and execute content strategies to create high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly content that resonates with our target audience and ranks well in search engine results. • Link Building: Implement link building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks from authoritative websites and improve our website's domain authority and search engine rankings. • Technical SEO: Identify and fix technical issues that may impact website performance and search engine rankings, such as crawl errors, site speed, mobile-friendliness, and structured data markup. • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze website traffic, keyword rankings, and other relevant metrics using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush. • Competitor Analysis: Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement in our SEO strategy. • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on SEO performance, key metrics, and actionable insights to stakeholders. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or related field. • 3+ years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or related roles. • In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors. • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, Google Trends and Ahrefs. • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with teams. • Proven track record of improving website rankings and driving organic traffic growth.
