SSC and HSC(Commerce) Teacher (Job Vacancy)

Arun Sir’s Group Tuition is seeking a passionate Academic Support and Associate Teacher to provide specialized support to students in grades 9th, SSC, 11th and HSC. This role involves assisting students in their academic journey, particularly focusing on enhancing their understanding and performance in various subjects.

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Individualized Support: Provide personalized academic support to students, catering to their unique learning needs and challenges.
2. Planning and Preparation: Develop tailored learning plans and resources to address specific academic areas requiring improvement.
3. Guidance and Mentorship: Offer guidance and mentorship to students, helping them set academic goals, manage their workload, and develop effective study habits.
4. Assessment and Feedback: Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback to promote growth and development.
5. Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with students, parents, and teachers to ensure a collaborative approach to student support and progress monitoring.
6. Utilization of Resources: Utilize a variety of teaching resources, including technology and educational materials, to enhance learning experiences and outcomes.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Strong Academic Background: Possess a strong foundation in key subject areas, including Mathematics, Science, English, and Social Studies, to effectively support students across various disciplines.
2. Teaching Experience: Previous experience in teaching or tutoring, particularly in a one-on-one or small group setting, is highly desirable.
3. Empathy and Patience: Demonstrate empathy, patience, and understanding towards students' learning challenges and difficulties.
4. Excellent Communication Skills: Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues, using clear and concise language to convey complex concepts.
5. Adaptability: Ability to adapt teaching strategies and approaches to meet the diverse needs and learning styles of students.
6. Commitment to Student Success: Display a genuine commitment to supporting student success and academic achievement, going above and beyond to ensure their well-being and progress.

Location and Schedule:

This position is open for candidates on a part-time basis and is preferably located in Prabhadevi, Mumbai.
