GiftdMinds is a place for extraordinary, young brilliant minds where 6yr olds can do science related activities and experiments that twice their agegroup children cant; where 12yr old could build drones and are as knowledgeable as aerospace engineering college students. This is no ordinary School or a Maker Space. GiftdMinds is an alternate learning space for those who are showing signs of extreme brilliance at very early years, and hence we are looking for hands-on STEM teachers and Educators who themselves are extra ordinary.

Work Experience : 2-5 years in a relevant role
Present Location : Bangalore
Role : Full Time / Onsite

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a STEM Teacher (Hands-on Science) - For 6 to 12 yrs old. The STEM Teacher will be responsible for designing engaging hands-on activities and Science and Physics experiments, conducting practical, hands-on classes, and ensuring effective communication with students and parents. The teacher will also provide training and guidance to students, fostering a love for science and critical thinking skills.

Qualifications
• Deep, practical Hands-on knowledge in Science, Physics and Engineering / Technology
• Energetic person who loves Science and is Passionate about teaching children
• Experience in lesson planning and education
• Excellent communication and teaching skills
• Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences
• Training and mentoring abilities
• Knowledge of appropriate teaching methods
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Bonus Qualities (These improve your change of getting selected)
• If you have hands-on experience or practical knowledge about Aeroplanes, Space, Radio Communication, or Vertical Farming / Organic Farming
• If you are or have been a Toy designer
