Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and target potential prospects (Group of Institutions, Larger Institutions).
  • Prospecting: Engage with Potential Customers via LinkedIn Reach-outs, Emails and outbound calls. Including leveraging existing customers for referrals.
  • Sales Pitch: Create and deliver compelling sales pitches to capture the interest of leads.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demos to Qualify the right-fit leads.
  • Lead Nurturing: Provide information and resources to nurture leads through the buying process.
  • Deal Closure: Close deals to meet sales targets by driving negotiations and contracting
  • Sales Tools and CRM: Utilize sales tools to manage leads, track interactions, and maintain records.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • New Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR)
  • Sales Pipeline Management
  • Adherence to Sales methodologies and processes

Skills and Competencies:

  • Presentation Skills: Create and deliver compelling presentations highlighting Customer ROI, Value and benefits
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey value propositions, negotiate terms, and build relationships.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to navigate complex deals, reach mutually beneficial agreements, and close sales successfully.
  • Customer-Obsession: Putting customers first and focusing on building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Networking: Building a strong network with existing Customers, Prospects and Partners, to generate opportunities.
  • Problem-Solving : The capability to understand clients' challenges and provide solutions that meet their specific needs.
  • Sales Acumen: Understanding the sales process and having the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Resilience: Sales can be challenging, and having the resilience to handle rejection and persist in the face of obstacles.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with sales CRM software, and other technologies that can enhance efficiency and effectiveness in the sales process.
