Job Title - Sales And Marketing Representative

Job description: As an Academy Sales/ marketing repetitive, your role involves promoting and selling educational courses and training services offered. You will be responsible for generating leads, maintaining Client Relationships and achieving Sales Target.
Roles and responsibilities
Lead Generation: identifying potential leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, networking and referrals
Client relationship: connecting with prospective clients, making them familiar with the training services offered by the academy by providing them detailed information about the courses, the benefits the courses offer and the enrollment procedures.
Sales Representations: Delivering the Sales presentations to Individuals, groups, organizations, clubs and showcasing the value proposition of the Academies educational programs. Addressing any queries or concerns raised by the potential clients.
Relationship Building: maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Keeping in touch with the clients regularly and providing them updates, addressing their queries and offer ongoing support whenever needed.
Follow ups: Follow up with leads and prospects to maintain and improve relationship, provide additional information, encourage enrollment. Maintain a consistent follow-up schedule to maximize conversion rates.
Sales Management: familiar with sales tools and basic computer knowledge which would help to track leads opportunities and clients and maintain accurate records of sales and marketing activities.
Achievements of sales Targets: Set and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets established by the management. Develop strategies and action plans to meet sales goals.
Market Research: Stay informed and updated about industry trends, competitor offerings and market demand for educational programs.
Collaboration: collaborate with other team members including marketing, admissions and customer support, improve customer experience, and achieve the business aspects of the academy
Continuous learning: Stay updated on the academic curriculum offered, course content, attend training, workshops and professional development opportunities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
Reports: Prepare regular sales Reports and update management, highlight key performance metrics and areas of improvements.
