Responsibilities
- Identification: Identify potential clients, & the decision-makers within the client organization.
- Calls: Do appropriate calling within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities. Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining & leveraging your skills.
- Showcase Product: Tell them about all the benefits of having their online test series platform, study material, customized products, etc.
- Provide Solutions: Guide them in selecting the best solution for their needs.
- Coordinate: Coordinating pre-sales & post-sales follow-ups. Provide administrative support as well as excellent customer service & smooth communications.
- Research: Research & build relationships with new clients. Using knowledge of the market & competitors, identify & develop the company's unique selling propositions & differentiators.
Requirements
- Experience: 1 - 2 years experience in Business Development or sales (B2B). Related field Experience in the Education Industry would be prioritized.
- Skills: Good communication & presentation skills.
- Relationship building: Handle & connect with multiple clients via multiple channels/references & build good relationships.
- Qualifications: Graduation completion year must be after 2020 in any field.
