"Sales & Business Development Executive
Vidyalankar is looking for a Sales & BD executive for its study abroad team for Dadar location.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Call inbound leads and identify students interested in studying abroad.
- Conduct counselling sessions to explain the study abroad process to students.
- Follow up with students for sales conversions.
- Reach out to colleges and finalize deals for seminars, events, other tie-ups.
- Reach out to TOEFL / IELTS trainers and finalize deals for lead referral.
- Speak at AdmitAbroad seminars, webinars, events as needed.
- Generate weekly reports of work done, outcomes achieved.
- Clean leads base in the CRM at regular intervals.
Requirements:
Knowledge:
- Excellent command over English and Hindi or Marathi.
- Knows the study abroad process, cost, documents required, eligibility.
Skills:
- Extremely persuasive and can close enrollments / deals.
- Ability to predict objections & pre-empt them.
- Ability to identify & prioritize most likely to close leads.
- Can predict enrollments with a high level of accuracy.
Behavior:
- Takes initiative & identifies calling / college visit work for themselves
- Extreme attention to detail.
- Plans their work daily before starting work.
- Does not give up – does whatever it takes to close leads / enrollments.
Deal-breakers:
- Afraid of rejection from potential clients.
- Thinking is hard for the candidate.
- Wastes time between calls, college visits etc.
- Needs to be told who to call, what to say, how to close etc."
