Role Description Position Name: Sales & Business Development CTC: Up to 5 Lakhs P.A. Including Performance-based Incentive Position Type: Full Time Job Location: Sector 55, Gurgaon This is a full-time on-site role for Sales & Business Development, located in Gurgaon. The Candidate will be responsible for new Business Development, lead generation, lead conversion, Revenue Generation, identifying, developing, and executing partnership opportunities for revenue growth, communications and events management, and campus outreach. The role will be responsible for partnering industry and academic relations and driving meaningful collaboration. Responsibility Includes:- Industry partnership 1. Generating and converting leads from industry players including blue chips, SMEs, and startups. 2. Identify partnership opportunities according to companies vision 3. Partner with CSR activities of the industry and partner with them 4. Closing the leads generated using digital marketing for expert signups 5. Ensuring platform adoption by industry experts at the corporate level and/or individual level 6. Meeting the monthly signup target, monthly revenue targets Academia Partnership 1. Initiating, pitching, and closing the partnership and collaboration opportunities with higher education institutions including colleges, universities, and business schools. 2. Identifying areas of partnerships, including guest and visiting faculty requirements, certification courses etc 3. Ensuring platform adoption in the higher education space 4. Meeting the monthly signup target, monthly revenue targets Client Retention: 1. Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction. 2. Identify opportunities for up-selling or cross-selling additional services. Market Research: 1. Conduct market research to identify opportunities and competitive landscape within the education sector. 2. Stay updated on educational policies and initiatives. Presentation and Proposal: 1. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations showcasing the benefits of collaboration with OneVarsity. Sales Reporting and Analysis: 1. Keep detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and market trends. 2. Provide regular reports on sales performance to management. Market Expansion: 1. Identify and explore new markets and segments within the education sector. 2. Develop strategies for expanding OneVarsity's presence in the education market. Qualifications:- 1. Experience and keen for Sales and Business Development 2. Excellent Program Management and Communication skills 3. Prior experience in University Relations, Faculty Relations, College Recruiting skills, and Academic Program Management is preferred 4. Ability to develop and execute strategies for University Relations and Campus Outreach 5. Experience in Lecture management, event management, community building, and outreach 6. Experience in collaborating with industry partners and academic institutions to drive innovation 7. Experience in University Relations or College Recruiting 8. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration or related field 9.
