Responsibilities or day to day task:
1. Generating Leads: Actively prospecting and generating leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.
2. Fix meeting and In person meeting: Need fix meeting over the phone, and personally go and meet client ,Understanding their needs and providing them with tailored solutions.
3. Sales Presentations: Company presentations to clients about us and services we provide under training programs or events. This may involve showcasing past successes, testimonials, and case studies. Understanding their needs and providing them with tailored solutions.4. Proposal and follow up: Sharing the customised proposal and following up for closure, Negotiating terms and pricing with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
5. Closing Contract: Successfully closing sales deals by overcoming objections and demonstrating value, and signing off the contract.
6. Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, including sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics.
Skills Required:
1. Sales Skills: Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills are essential for effectively communicating the value proposition of training programs and events.
2. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate ideas persuasively and build rapport with clients.
3. Customer Focus: Ability to understand client needs and tailor offerings to meet their specific requirements.
4. Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the training and events industry, including trends, best practices, and key players.
5.Resilience:Persistence and resilience to handle rejection and overcome obstacles in the sales process.
Please Note: While the above are sales, but we are in soft selling and hence looking forward to team members who can consult with reference to segment they choose.
