Job Title: Sales Consultants

Reporting to: DGM - Operations
Role & Key Responsibilities:
- To Create & Implement a Business Plan for meeting Sales, Revenue, and Collection targets for "School ERP" in the allocated Territory.
- Focus on sales of "School ERP" in the identified territory
- Analyse market trends, tracking competition activities, customer interactions & feedback on Products.
- Build relations/rapport with the existing customers in the territory.
- Account Management for Large and Premium Accounts.
- Organizing effective BTL activities creates a funnel and provides product demos.
- To appoint, manage & drive /motivate, and generate biz through channel partners.
- Reporting and MIS for Funnel management through an automated system.

Education Qualification (Mandatory): Graduate
Past Experience/Skills Required (Mandatory):
- >=4 Years of experience in the Sale of School ERP
- Hard Core Sales, and good field marketing experience in School ERP Sales to CBSE/ICSE/IB/State Board School
- Must be Sales Oriented & Flair for Selling
- Good Interpersonal Skills, an extrovert by Nature, Collaborative approach with Industry, external Partners, and key internal functions
- Good Communication skills; Aggressive & Self-motivated
Preferable Experience: Channel Partners Management experience
Own vehicle is a must
