Role Description

LegalEdge Law School is a upskilling platform designed to bridge the gap between law aspirants and corporate standards. You will be responsible for driving the growth of LegalEdge Law School's offerings across various channels and markets, using data-driven insights and experimentation to optimize user acquisition, activation, retention, and upsell.

As the Sales director of Growth, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, engineering, design, and analytics, to define and execute the growth product strategy and roadmap. You will also manage and mentor a team of growth manager/APD, asset builders, internship/placement cell & ensuring they deliver high-quality products that meet student needs and business goals.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Proficient in data management and analysis, using advanced software tools such as LeadSquared, Advance Excel Skills, Tableau, MS Teams, CRM software, etc.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to lead teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and get things done on time
  • A process-driven and problem-solving mindset, with a keen eye for detail and root cause analysis
  • A hyperactive and proactive attitude, always on the lookout for new opportunities and challenges
  • A deep understanding of the Ed-Tech industry, customer behavior, and market trends
  • Good understanding of how digital marketing works, deep knowledge of the lead-gen process, and can innovate new funnels.
  • Understanding the pricing of the products and can ideate things around new products and also who can improve the existing ones by going into deep competitor analysis.
  • Can lead Sales Teams and help them to improve their conversion ratios by identifying leakages.

To summarize, we would give preference to a law graduate who specializes in university admissions or has been managing growth of an upskilling platform.
