Job Overview: As a Marketing Executive at The Poly Kids, you will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth for our preschool franchise. You will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies, sourcing for admissions, campaigns, and initiatives to promote our franchise opportunities and attract prospective franchisees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our preschool franchise business, mainly through offline channels - Field visits.
• Lead Generation: Networking, Word of Mouth, visiting existing schools nearby pitching and converting and onboarding to The Poly Kids Franchise network.
• Admission: sourcing for new admission for existing & new branches.
• Franchisee Support: Provide marketing support to franchisees by offering guidance on local marketing efforts and helping them implement effective marketing campaigns.
• Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth.
• Event Coordination: Plan and execute events, webinars, seminars, and exhibitions to showcase the franchise opportunities and connect with potential franchisees.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, preferably in franchise development or a similar industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills for networking and relationship-building.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel, as needed, for events and meetings.
