Responsibilities:
- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for various Ancillary products, such as GIC accounts, Education loans, Forex Transactions, Insurance, Sim Cards and Forex cards.
- Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential students through cold calling, referrals, networking, and other sales techniques.
- Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of our Ancillary products and effectively communicate their features, benefits, and terms to potential students.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their queries, and providing excellent customer service.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance standards while promoting, selling and issuing the Ancillary products.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, competitor strategies, and customer preferences to identify sales opportunities.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, activities, and pipeline using CRM tools & MS-Office suite
