Sales Head for NEET / JEE Coaching Centre (Job Vacancy)

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Vice President of Sales to join our team. The Vice President of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and a deep understanding of the coaching industry.

Responsibilities:

• Approach Schools for NEET / JEE  Foundation Classes & Computer Classes 
• Approach Colleges for Computer Courses & Final year Projects 
• Research on Future Education trends
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals
• Create a Team and manage of sales professionals
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
• Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive sales
• Monitor and report on sales performance
• Stay up to date on industry trends and competitive landscape

Requirements:

• Masters Bachelor’s  degree in business, marketing, or related field
• 5+ years of sales experience in the coaching industry
• Proven track record of success in sales
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
