The Vice President of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and a deep understanding of the coaching industry.
Responsibilities:
- Approach Schools for NEET / JEE Foundation Classes & Computer Classes
- Approach Colleges for Computer Courses & Final year Projects
- Research on Future Education trends
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals
- Create a Team and manage of sales professionals
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive sales
- Monitor and report on sales performance
- Stay up to date on industry trends and competitive landscape
Requirements:
- Masters Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of sales experience in the coaching industry
- Proven track record of success in sales
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
