The role: We are looking for self-motivated and entrepreneurial individuals to handle the sales - School Partnership

• On Field work
• Acquire new customers through proactive sales efforts
• Record lead details and outcomes accurately in CRM
• Conduct tailored product demonstrations In-person
• Collaborate with sales team to devise effective strategies
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual acquisition and revenue goals
• Meet and maintain performance metrics on call quantity, quality and talktime

The candidate: An ideal candidate for this role has

• 1-5 years of Sales experience, focusing on consultative selling.
• Strategic thinker with strong verbal and written communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in research tools and effective sales techniques to understand customer accounts deeply.
• Motivated team player comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.

Requirements:

• Located in Thane / Navi Mumbai
• Good Internet / Data pack connection and power backup.
• Android phone (for the EQ App) and a working Laptop.
