Job Description Responsibilities:

  • The job requires leading the Sales team and ensuring that the quality and quantity of sales effort meets company expectations.
  • Own and hit/exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
  • Monitoring and working on various sales performance metrics with focus on productivity improvement.
  • Recruiting, train & coach the team of tele callers
  • Setting targets & motivating the team towards the achievement
  • Facilitating inter-departmental communication to provide sales support effectively
  • Managing stakeholder engagement, seeking/ providing guidance ensuring timescales and requirements are met
  • Preparing dashboard & performance reports

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience of leading Inside Sales teams
  • EDTECH/Telesales / Call Centre background would be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 3-6+ years of sales management experience preferable in managing inside sales teams.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills 5 Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • A good thinker and a great motivator with an eye for hiring good talent to build up a strong team.
