We are looking for a highly motivated Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts within the K12 segment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about educational technology (Ed-Tech) and possess a strong background in marketing to schools, universities, or colleges, or experience in the coaching industry.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to target the K12 segment, focusing on driving brand awareness and lead generation.
• Conduct market research to identify key trends, opportunities, and competitor activities within the Ed-Tech and education sectors.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives and drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in schools, universities, colleges, and coaching centers.
• Create engaging marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, case studies, and website content, tailored to the needs of the K12 audience.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, email, events, and partnerships.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in Ed-Tech and education to drive innovation and competitive advantage
equirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing, preferably within the Ed-Tech, education, or coaching industry.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns that drive results.
• Strong understanding of the K12 education landscape, including schools, universities, colleges, and coaching centers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and analytics.
• Passion for education and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on students' learning experiences.
