Job Description

Job Title: Sales Representative (Lead Generation) Location: Green Park, South Delhi. Employment Type: Full-time, On-site Shift: Rotational (including evenings and weekends) Company Overview:  TechCurators is an assessment company founded by IIT Delhi alumni working to understand the problems in the recruitment space and providing custom assessments and solutions. We offer top-quality assessments, & tailor-made question sets across 100+ technical skills & non-technical skills that suit the requirements of our clients. As a group, TC is diversed into different lines of businesses ranging from Content, and Fin-Tech to Recruitment & HR Tech. Position Overview:  We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team, primarily focusing on lead generation and cold calling to U.S-based companies. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a proactive approach to sales. Key Responsibilities:  Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective U.S.-based clients to generate leads and identify sales opportunities. Research and prospect potential clients through various channels, including online databases, social media, and industry events. Qualify leads and effectively communicate our company's value proposition to potential clients. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategic sales initiatives. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and update CRM systems (Lusha, Apollo) regularly. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Requirements: Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or telemarketing, preferably in a B2B environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a confident and persuasive demeanor. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for sales. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision. Flexibility to work on a rotational shift basis, including evenings and weekends. Proficiency in CRM software (like Lusha, and Apollo) and Microsoft Office Suite.
