We operate in the Edtech/Consumer Internet space with huge market opportunity. Our customers are from 400+ Cities in India & 65+ Countries across the globe.

Catering primarily to school & college students and working professionals with aspirations for higher education abroad, we streamline the journey of those planning to study overseas. We are looking for highly motivated, passionate & creative individuals to join our team & accelerate our growth.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers and qualify prospective students.
• Articulate the company's value proposition effectively to create a great first impression.
• Set up and coordinate counseling sessions with in-house study-abroad experts.
• Accurately record and maintain customer data and insights using provided tools.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets to drive business growth.
• Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices in the study-abroad domain to provide informed advice and support to students.
Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Meticulous attention to detail and highly organized to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment while maintaining professionalism and delivering excellent customer service.
• 0-3 years of experience in Sales.
• Proficiency in using IT tools for administration tasks and maintaining customer records.
• Polite, clear, and helpful demeanor with a genuine interest in helping students achieve their study abroad goals.
• Previous experience providing support to a diverse range of students is preferred.
• Knowledge of key compliance regulations in the study-abroad industry is advantageous, but training will be provided.
