Position overview The Sales Support Officer is expected to perform administrative and operational tasks to support the sales team. The position will be working directly with the members of the Sales team to facilitate sales, increase brand awareness, and build a satisfied customer base. Promotion and marketing of the flagship assessment programme for schools- International Benchmark Tests (IBT). Position context The Australian Council for Educational Research (India) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of ACER, operating from New Delhi. Job responsibilities • Manage complete back-end operations for IBT programme with schools and OARS platform • Assist sales team in transaction reconciliation • Assist sales team in managing operations and vendor management for all products • Payment follow-up with clients • Provide support for cold-calling for sales products and/or fixing meetings for sales team • Work closely with schools to understand their needs and provide the required support to maximising or retain the business for client schools. • Own the overall customer relationship with all the stake holders. • Support the Head – Sales, South India for other relationship building activities.
