What will you do?
In this role, you will be working with a motivated team to drive conversions for programs. Your job responsibilities will include:
- Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement
- Design training curriculum within time and budget limitations
- Create and curate training material.
- Induct new salespeople into the process
- Coordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses
- Monitor sales objectives and results and drive conversion
- Coach Team members to handle rebuttals effectively.
- Observes sales encounters and collects feedback, results, and performance data of trainees after sessions.
- Report on impact of training programs (e.g. sales achieved)
- Maintain updated records of training material and curriculum

Competencies:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role
- Experience in a sales position in a similar domain.
- Manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning
- Excellent organizational skills, communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to measure performance, experience with building and developing teams
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 5 years of experience as a sales coach, training specialist, or a similar position
- Possession of certifications in training would be an advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of sales techniques and customer service best practices.
