About the role

Role Title: Senior Manager - Sales Academy

Business: TL Edtech

Department/Function: DSO

Location: Noida/Mumbai

Role:

Sales Trainer responsibilities include conducting skills gap analysis, preparing learning material and evaluating results after each training session for the Tele-sales team. For this role, you will work closely with our Sales Team and Sales Leaders to identify challenges they face on-the-job and recommend ways to increase productivity. Ultimately, you will help increase the overall performance of our sales teams and ensure they have the skills to achieve their goals.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement
  • Design training curricula within time and budget assigned
  • Produce physical and digital educational material (e.g. videos and case studies)
  • Coordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses
  • Collect feedback from trainees and managers about training courses
  • Report on impact of training programs (e.g. sales achieved)
  • Maintain updated records of training material, curriculum and costs.
  • Create a Bench of new sales hires - Campus hire and Train - to become effective sales counsellors

Requirements and skills

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role.
  • Flexible to travel across locations for minimum 12 days a month to train the counsellors.
  • Experience in a sales position is an added advantage
  • Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning
  • Excellent organizational skills
